How The COVID-19 Crisis has affected our business

At Goodbody Botanicals, our customer wellbeing is always at the forefront of what we do.  We’ve been monitoring the development of the COVID-19 situation and have been closely following the advice of local government.

Although we already ensure our production and testing facilities maintain the highest of hygiene standards, we have taken further steps beyond this to ensure there is the absolute minimum of risk and will continue this level of hygiene for the foreseeable future.  Our production facility has been closed down allowing access to key personnel only to minimise risk of infection.

In line with NHS guidelines it is important to maintain your immune system and general wellbeing during this crisis. Our mental wellbeing too should be a primary focus during this outbreak. Whereas many retailers have struggled to meet the uncharacteristic demands of consumers, we have and will continue to ensure our products are available both online and through retail stores.

We are currently experiencing some delays of up to 72 Hours.

We are working hard helping many people who may not have the option to leave their homes to continue to maintain their wellbeing. Our preferred delivery partner Royal Mail continues to work hard to collect, process and deliver as much as possible in difficult circumstances and for that we thank you for your patience.  If you require further updates of our delivery times, we will always provide updates via our newsletter channel.
