Our returns policy

We want you to be happy with every product you purchase from us.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order or you change your mind, you may return your order provided it is in original, unused, saleable condition and repacked in the original packaging for a full refund or replacement product (if required) within 30 days of your original order date.

We take the quality of our products and our level of customer service very seriously and in the unlikely event there is a fault with your order we will do everything we can to put things right.

If you are not happy with anything at all, Please contact our customer service team by email at info@goodbodystore.com or call +44 1373 482609 for a swift response, providing as much information as possible.

We are happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind within 14 days of your order arriving. We will also accept returns of faulty items. We are only able to accept returns on items if they are sent back to us in a resalable condition, unopened in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns once opened and the tamper seal is broken, unless the item is faulty.

Once your return is accepted you will need to post the item back to us before being issued a refund. All returns are at the cost of the customers.
